We understand the importance of self-agency; stories are a powerful tool for learning. Our “create-your-own” meditations, mantras, and poems are built around our three pillars: breathwork, storytelling, and neuroscience.

The concept of self-agency is intrinsic to our design and is linked to connection and cooperation, pillars of finding calm. Our interactive, yet screen-free design effectively engages play while promoting self-awareness, expression, and self-regulation. Kids and adults alike come back again and again to imagine, feel, and create a beautiful daily ritual.

The Flip & Flow is an evolution of concepts driven by heart-centred design. There are over 1,000 possible creative sequences that help explore the mind-body-breath connection.
From opening the eye-catching gift box to feeling the linen and gold cover, to flipping the cards to reveal new connections on each side, the heart-centered design serves as a stepping stone to a family ritual, with lifelong ripple effects that plant the seeds of a growth mindset.

We’re 100% eco-certified. We’re committed to ethical and sustainable production as part of the Flip & Flow philosophy. We’ve sourced FSC-certified, recycled paper for our books and printed the pages with soy-based inks. We continually review our supply chain with the aim of reducing our environmental impact.
